I had a traumatic dental experience some time ago when I was told I needed a tooth extraction. The memory of that moment stayed with me—especially after a visit to Windsor with a coworker, where I couldn't even proceed with treatment because my blood pressure spiked so high from anxiety.

But the team reassured me they would find a way to help me start a better dental journey. And on June 6th, that journey truly began.

I sat in the chair for a repair and filling. Since the start of the week, I've been experiencing heart palpitations due to menopause, and I had several episodes during the procedure. Even with the cold air conditioner running, I was overheating and visibly distressed.

But the dental team was incredible—patient, accommodating, and so reassuring. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. Honestly, if I had to pay for the extra care and attention they gave me, I wouldn’t have been able to afford it.

I am so grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you—you’ve helped me begin healing not just my teeth, but my fear.

I did an extraction here 2 weeks ago and I must say the service was exceptional. Dr Williams and her team did an excellent job explaining and performing the procedure.
The team also followed up with me daily for the first three days.

Prior to that I did a cleaning and Miss McDermott was quite thorough.
